Our client is a well-established and reputable global bank that has been operating for many years in the financial market. It offers a comprehensive range of banking and financial services to its clients.
**Job description**
As part of an internal reorganization, they are looking for a Head of Northern Europe. Your activities will include the following:
- Define the global strategy and developing a value proposition for the clients;
- Ensure that the global strategy of the bank is implemented;
- Draft commercial dashboards and review of the performance of the team;
- Conduct meeting with the team In order to motivate them, review and make progress on the set objectives;
- Ensure the retention and the development of the clients’ portfolio of the Relationship Managers by, among others, taking part to client events.
**Profile**
- You hold a relevant diploma;
- You have an experience of, at least 5 to 10 years in Management and Sales;
- You have an excellent knowledge of Private Banking as a whole;
- A global good knowledge of the products and services that European Business Owners and Family Offices may typically require;
- You are fluent in English;
- Excellent oral, listening and interpersonal skills;
- Strongly team-, client-, results-oriented.
