**Funder S.A. (Funder)** is a Chapter 15 management company and alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) established in Luxembourg and supervised by the _Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier_ (CSSF). Funder is a third-party management company / AIFM providing services to fund promoters willing to establishing an investment fund in Luxembourg in various asset classes.

**Funder**is looking for a **Head of Compliance (Conducting Officer)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the responsible for the Compliance function as Conducting Officer, in accordance with CSSF requirements.
- Lead and manage the Compliance department, ensuring robust policies, procedures, and controls are in place
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of changes.
- Act as primary contact for the CSSF and other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee compliance monitoring programs, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure effective oversight of delegates and service providers.
- Report regularly to the Board of Directors and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Promote a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Law or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant experience in compliance within the Luxembourg fund industry, ideally in an AIFM.
- Previous experience as a Conducting Officer or senior compliance leader.
- Deep understanding of AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF circulars, and Luxembourg regulatory landscape.
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry, UCITS and AIFMD frameworks and CSSF regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., French or Italian) are a plus.
