Nous recherchons un Head of Operations pour rejoindre une institution financière internationale en pleine croissance. L'organisation s'appuie sur un modèle solide, une culture d'exigence et une expertise reconnue dans la gestion d'actifs. Dans ce contexte structuré et stimulant, vous prendrez la responsabilité opérationnelle complète d'un département Back Office composé d'une équipe expérimentée.

Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Opérations, vous garantissez le bon fonctionnement, la performance et la qualité des activités Back Office. Vous agissez comme leader méthodique, coach d'équipe et moteur de transformation, tout en assurant la fiabilité des processus et la conformité réglementaire.

Vos responsabilités

Management & Leadership

  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe d'une douzaine de collaborateurs expérimentés.
  • Instaurer un climat de confiance, d'engagement et de responsabilisation.
  • Favoriser la collaboration interservices et fluidifier les interactions avec les clients internes.

Pilotage des Opérations Back Office

Vous supervisez l'ensemble des opérations quotidiennes, notamment :

  • Le règlement-livraison des titres (settlement).
  • Les réconciliations financières et le matching des transactions.
  • Les contrôles réglementaires, la conformité et les reportings associés.
  • La gestion des données de référence : référentiels titres, contreparties, codifications.
  • Le traitement complet des Corporate Actions.

Transformation & Optimisation

  • Décliner la stratégie globale en objectifs opérationnels concrets.
  • Repenser et optimiser les processus pour soutenir la croissance des portefeuilles.
  • Structurer, documenter et améliorer continuellement les procédures.
  • Piloter les audits, revues de service et relations avec les partenaires bancaires.
  • Promouvoir l'industrialisation, l'automatisation et l'amélioration continue.
  • Créer un environnement propice à l'identification rapide des problèmes et à leur résolution.

Votre profil

Compétences & expérience

  • Diplôme universitaire en finance, économie, audit ou équivalent par l'expérience.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de management Back Office au sein d'une banque ou d'une société de gestion d'actifs.
  • Excellente maîtrise des opérations cash, titres, corporate actions, settlement et fiscalité des titres (QI, retenue à la source, TOB…).
  • Solides connaissances des environnements réglementaires luxembourgeois, belges et néerlandais.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'équipes, la coordination opérationnelle et le pilotage de projets.

  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit analytique et aisance rédactionnelle.

  • Excellent communicant, capable d'influencer et d'accompagner le changement.

Langues & outils

  • Français et anglais indispensables.
  • La maîtrise d'autres langues européennes est un atout.
  • Très bonne connaissance des outils bancaires, systèmes opérationnels et environnement informatique.
