**Your missions**

As Client Support Officer, you will:

- Play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our esteemed clients and the company.
- Your primary responsibility will involve contacting clients for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, thereby upholding regulatory compliance standards and fostering strong client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for verification processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updating databases accordingly.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure compliance at all times.

**Your ideal profile**
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
