Manpower recherche un(e) Client Support Officer (H/F/X) pour une mission de longue durée au sein d'un établissement bancaire situé à Luxembourg.
Votre mission:Vous intégrez une équipe dédiée au support des partenaires professionnels de la banque.
Vos responsabilités principales incluent :
Gestion des transferts cash et titres
Réalisation des call backs suite aux instructions de transfert
Suivi quotidien des comptes : corporate actions, soldes cash, exécution d'ordres FX
Traitement des demandes de daily banking (cartes, opérations diverses)
Ouverture et clôture des comptes
Mise en place des grilles tarifaires convenues
Encodage dans le CRM et archivage des instructions
Participation aux contrôles liés au risk management
Contribution aux ateliers d'amélioration continue des processus
Collaboration quotidienne avec les équipes internes et contacts directs avec les partenaires externes
Diplôme minimum BAC+2
Idéalement 3 ans d'expérience en environnement bancaire opérationnel (Back Office, Middle Office ou support Front)
Rigueur, sens du détail et bonne gestion des priorités
Proactivité, curiosité et esprit d'équipe
Bonne compréhension des processus bancaires et volonté d'apprendre
Français courant, anglais opérationnel
À l'aise avec les outils bancaires (STI, Triple'A…) ou prêt(e) à se former
