**Summary**:
The Authorised Manager - PSF role, requires prior regulator (CSSF) approval, as a member of the authorised management of the specialized PSF entity, has collective responsibility for the daily managing and governance of the company, while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and working with the CEO to achieve the company/group objectives, fundamental for the growth and success of the company in Luxembourg.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and act as an authorized manager for the local regulator.
- Work closely with group functions including Risk, Compliance, Finance and HR.
- Oversee the team working within the Domiciliation and Company Secretarial Services, ensuring that clients’ domiciliation responsibilities are satisfied, and the deliverables are met in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist the CRM and onboarding teams to ensure that the highest standards of services are delivered consistently to clients and to handle any client complaint.
- Train, develop and evaluate employees within the reporting lines.
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines, internal controls and company policies
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Exercise highest business judgment and endeavor that business decisions are taken in the absence of fraud, bad faith, or abuse of discretion

**Experience**:

- Minimum 15 years' previous industry experience, with a robust knowledge of the Luxembourg domiciliation and compliance responsibilities, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in proven management roles.
- Prior experience performing an authorised manager / conducting officer role in a specialised PSF is desired.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements impacting Luxembourg fund administrator and domiciliation agents, with focus on governance, risk management and compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, in particular senior management and board level.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law or Legal Theory but other disciplines may be considered).
- Qualified/part qualified lawyer would be an advantage.
- Compliance qualification would be an advantage.
