We are currently assisting one of our partners in their search, to join their talented teams, of a Senior Compliance Officer to build a common long term project.

**Your Responsibilities **|** Compliance Officer - PSF - Compliance - Legal**
- As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will handle your portfolio of clients, in full autonomy, made up of Luxembourgish Funds, ManCos, and AIF.
- You will provide AML/CFT screenings and monitoring, and prepare risk assessments to be reported to your supervisors.
- You will handle some project management such as implementing policies to mitigate risks, and will also be involved in legal monitoring to keep your colleagues aware of the needed regulatory updates.

**Profile and Career Path **|** Compliance Officer - PSF - Compliance - Legal**
- We are seeking for a profile with **at** **least three years** of experience in a Compliance position in Luxembourg, in a similar structure such as a PFS, Fiduciary or Management Company.
- You are able to speak **English** and **French** fluently, in order to facilitate communications and discussions internally and externally. Any other languages will be considered as an asset.
- Determination and motivation are words that describe your work attitude, and you are looking to expand your knowledge and skills in the compliance field.
- You have ideally obtained a university degree in Law offering you an exposure to legal matters and regulations.

- Depending on your seniority and experience, an annual remuneration that can reach **75 000 €** gross will be offered to you by this PFS, allowing you to allocate an important budget for your personal projects and plans. An additional bonus will also complete your salary package, and offer you an extra budget for your daily life.
