For a specialized PSF located in Luxembourg City, our firm is currently recruiting an entry-level Funds Administrator to assist the team managing its increasing workload.
The firm active in the local landscape for close to 15 years now, is specialized in providing financial companies with a wide array of comprehensive services. The team of experienced and dynamic professionals has been catering to the needs of individual investment vehicles but also Funds & Asset Management Companies.

Your Responsibilities | Fund Officer - Liquidation - Legal - PSF - ManCo

Your prime mission is oriented towards managing all aspects leading to and resulting from the liquidation of the entities in the firm’s clients’ list.

You will be assisting the team in administrating and preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, by taking minutes and all other legal documentation cascading from Governance proceedings.

You will serve as contact person between assigned clients, internal teams, and external third parties (lawyers, banks, regulators, etc.) and will coordinate their interactions.

You also follow up on basic accounting procedure such as budget reconciliations and invoicing management.

You possess at least a first experience within the funds accounting sector in Luxembourg. Internships and experiences within service providers are qualifiers.

You are fluent in French and English and comfortable working in international environment.

You are open, curious and eager to learn and advance your career by working diligently on building your expertise in fund administration.
