We are currently hiring a System Support Representative (M/F) for one of our Delivery Center (located in Bertrange & Esch-Belval). Your missions You are responsible for the contact with the user after escalation from the first line Helpdesk team. You analyze the nature of the incident and are capable to provide a profound solution or assist the user in a workaround, You handle more advanced administration tasks (Policy Groups, Active Directory...), You update incident log in incident tracking tool and route of incident to the Infrastructure Team, You propose improvement suggestions in incident, problem and change management. **Profile**: **Technical Skills**: You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Helpdesk Agent and are able to resolve technical incidents. **You are familiar with Windows environments**: Windows 10, Windows Server2012/2016... You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office and ideally with Office 365, You are familiar with ticketing tools and ITIL guidelines, You already worked with Hyper-V or VMware environment, You ideally have already use software deployment tools (SCCM/MECM). **Soft Skills**: You have strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the capacity to work in a dynmic environment, You are motivated and have a "can-do" attitude, You are client/service oriented, You are team player and are able to communicate with different teams (Helpdesk, Infrastructure...), You know how to be autonomous and proactive. You are flexible and open to work in shift mode (6am to 10pm, nightshift and weekend), You are open to work both from Bertrange & Esch-Belval.
