**Corporate Officer - Flexible Fiduciary, Good Trainings**

It is a pleasure to introduce you to an exciting opportunity within a well-known fiduciary of over 40 people. Established numerous years ago in Luxembourg, the fiduciary has built a loyal clientele, enabling every team member to work on interesting cases and continuously expand their expertise.

The clients are primarily financial entities, including Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate, and securitization vehicles. The firm provides a wide range of services, including accountancy, tax, corporate, and compliance support. Delivering high-quality services and meeting deadlines to ensure client satisfaction is a top priority.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate - Junior - Finance - Legal - Corporate Governance**

- You will **participate in the management** of a portfolio composed of Soparfis in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
- You will be responsible for **drafting** legal documentation, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions (based on templates).
- **Approving** the annual accounts in collaboration with the accounting team will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will **maintain the register up to date** and file any changes with the RCS/RBE.
- After gaining a certain level of experience, you will have **direct contact with clients**.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Corporate - Junior - Finance - Legal - Corporate Governance**

- You have **at least one year of experience** as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, or Asset Manager) in Luxembourg, which will allow you to adapt quickly to your new role.
- To ensure effective communication with both clients and colleagues, you are fluent in **German** and **English**.
- You are a **proactive and organized professional**, dedicated to continuously developing your knowledge.

- You will earn a salary of up to **60,000€ gross per year**, enabling you to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
