In the Sales Department, you are part of the team responsible for managing existing customers and you work alongside the Sales Consultants.

Your role is to:

- Support for internal and external Sales Mobility Consultants in the administrative management of the portfolio, portfolio development, and renewal of ongoing contracts.
- Handling commercial requests (preparation of offers, creation of clients, orders, and follow-ups), including contract modifications, residual value, creation or modification of offers, etc., to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
- Active participation in internal audits (Audit, GPS ).
- Monitoring the process from offer signature to order placement (credit approval and file creation).
- Collecting information on the alignment of requested offers with client needs.
- Listen to and advise the customer in his mobility (choice of vehicles, engines, level of services, etc.) with regard to his objectives
- Contacting clients to maintain an ongoing commercial relationship.
- Ensuring service continuity in the absence of colleagues.
- Managing and updating Salesforce.
- Support customers in the energy transition and multimodal mobility by advising them according to the latest developments in the fleet sector. - Ensure that data quality is respected on a permanent basis according to established standards.
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in business, economis, or Law
- A strong commercial acumen and passion for the automotive industry
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Fluent in English (German and Luxembourgish are strong assets)
- Excellent organization skills, resilience to stress, and effective priority management
- Strong analytical skills and esae with numbers
- Team spirit and solidarity are part of your values

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
