The clients are primarily financial entities, including Soparfis, Holdings, SPVs in Private Equity and Real Estate, and securitization vehicles. The firm provides a wide range of services, including accountancy, tax, corporate, and compliance support. Your Responsibilities

Corporate - Junior - Finance - Legal - Corporate Governance

  • You will
    participate in the management
    of a portfolio composed of Soparfis in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • You will be responsible for
    drafting
    legal documentation, such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions (based on templates).
  • Approving
    the annual accounts in collaboration with the accounting team will be part of your daily tasks.
  • You will
    maintain the register up to date
    and file any changes with the RCS/RBE.
  • After gaining a certain level of experience, you will have
    direct contact with clients
    .

Profile and Career Path

  • You have
    at least one year of experience
    as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, or Asset Manager) in Luxembourg, which will allow you to adapt quickly to your new role.
  • To ensure effective communication with both clients and colleagues, you are fluent in
    German

    English

  • You are a
    proactive and organized professional
    , dedicated to continuously developing your knowledge.

    60,000€ gross per year
