On behalf of our client, a full-service provider, we are hiring a “Senior Payroll Specialist (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Together with the other members of the payroll team, responsible for internal payroll accounting and client portfolios
- Ensure that the data complies with tax, social and labour law regulations
- Preparation of monthly reports for the finance department
- Obtain detailed operational excellence of all payroll processing rules related to the employee’s salary and ensure that these rules are maintained in the payroll system
- Support for employees and customers with questions about payroll accounting
- Building strong and long-term relationships with internal and external customers and providing high quality services
**Your profile**:
- Appropriate Relevant Degree
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of payroll processes under Luxembourg regulations
- Understanding of legislation and legal requirements
- Familiar handling of Apsal
- Excellent written and spoken English and fluency in French
