**Location**: Luxembourg (onsite / hybrid as required)
**Contract Type**: Long-term contract (Freelance / Day Rate)
**Day Rate**: €800 - €1,500 per day
About the Role
Olympus Talent is hiring **10 Payroll Implementation Managers** in Luxembourg with deep expertise in the **Telindus payroll engine**.
You will take ownership of **end-to-end payroll implementations**, ensuring systems are configured, tested, and deployed in full compliance with Luxembourg’s payroll legislation. Acting as the main bridge between clients, HR, Finance, and technical stakeholders, you will guarantee seamless project delivery and operational excellence.
This is not a training position. We require **Telindus super-users**, fluent at native level in **French, German, or Luxembourgish**, capable of delivering immediate results from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the **entire payroll implementation cycle** in **Telindus**: requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Act as the **primary client-facing lead**, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Guarantee compliance with **Luxembourg payroll, tax, and employment legislation**.
- Configure and optimise Telindus payroll systems to meet client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues independently.
- Deliver clear, concise communication and training where required.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to embed payroll seamlessly into business processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll implementation processes, focusing on quality, efficiency, and scalability.
**Requirements**:
Proven **super-user expertise in Telindus** payroll engine (configuration, implementation, testing).
Native-level **French, German, or Luxembourgish** (spoken and written).
Minimum **5 years’ payroll implementation and operations experience** in Luxembourg.
Strong knowledge of local payroll compliance frameworks and regulations.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to deliver independently from day one — no training provided.
