Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities:
- Managing the monthly production of pay slips for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Supervise the management of the social secretariat.
- Ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations.
- Keeping employee files up to date, including tracking absences and illnesses.
- Responding to clients' questions and requests concerning payroll and social regulations.
- Train and mentor junior members of the payroll team.
Senior Payroll - Your profile:
- Degree in Human Resources or specialised training in payroll management.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll management position, preferably in a fiduciary services company or equivalent in Luxembourg.
- Fluency in German and English required, knowledge of French an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of payroll calculations, labour law, social security and social contributions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Autonomous, respect for deadlines and a strong sense of customer service.
Senior Payroll - We offer :
