Im Rahmen ihres Wachstums verstärkt der Hauptsitz sein HR-Team und sucht einen Senior HR & Payroll Officer (m/w), der/die Vielseitigkeit im Personalwesen mit der vollständigen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung verbinden möchte - innerhalb eines freundlichen und erfahrenen Teams von drei leidenschaftlichen Fachkräften.
Senior Payroll Officer - Ihre Aufgaben:
- Schrittweise Mitarbeit an der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für über 300 Mitarbeiter;
- Administrative Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen sowie der Verwaltung von Abwesenheitsbescheinigungen usw.;
- Mitarbeit an der Organisation von Schulungen, Compensation & Benefits;
- Unterstützung von Managern und Mitarbeitern in HR- und arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
Senior Payroll Officer - Ihr Profil:
- Erste erfolgreiche Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahren) im Personalwesen oder in der Lohnbuchhaltung in Luxemburg, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (z. B. Bauwesen, Logistik);
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch (Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil);
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit Einfühlungsvermögen und lösungsorientiertem Denken.
Senior Payroll Officer - Wir bieten:
- Die Möglichkeit, einem stabilen und wachsenden Unternehmen mit über 50 Jahren Erfolgsgeschichte beizutreten, für ein Profil mit mindestens 3 Jahren nachweislicher Erfahrung und sicherer operativer Beherrschung gängiger Payroll-Software.
- Eine Vergütung bis zu 5.000 € brutto pro Monat, abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung, sowie eine Krankenversicherung;
- Eine abwechslungsreiche Position, die Lohnabrechnung und allgemeine HR-Aufgaben kombiniert;
- Individuelle und praxisnahe Schulungen, direkt begleitet von einem dreiköpfigen, erfahrenen Payroll-Team, das sein Wissen gerne weitergibt.
