**Description**
- Optreden als payroll expert en eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen van werknemers over vergoedingen en voordelen
- Deelnemen aan het loonproces voor Luxemburg
- Invullen van maandelijkse belasting
- en socialezekerheidsaangifte en jaarlijkse verplichtingen
- Beheer van taken voor werknemers in het buitenland (split payroll, A1 verzoek, belastingaangifte, verklaring aan buitenlandse autoriteiten)
- Voorbereiden van documenten voor belastingcontrole
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van jaarlijkse salarisherziening
- Relaties met belanghebbenden bij de salarisadministratie beheren (sociale zekerheid, belastingdienst)
- Medewerkers een optimale ervaring bieden
- Personeelsgegevens bijhouden in HR-systemen en informatie aanleveren voor rapporten en analyses
- Deelnemen aan transformatieprojecten voor een efficiënte loonadministratie
- Trainen medewerkers of HR op payroll onderwerpen (cross border, extralegale voordelen)
- Handboek
- en beleidsupdates uitvoeren, compensatie
- en voordelenprojecten leiden en beheren

**Profile**
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een salarisadministratie bij een fiduciaire of een grote onderneming
- Doeltreffende kennis van de Luxemburgse loonadministratie
- Ervaring met collectieve overeenkomsten voor verschillende soorten werknemers is een pluspunt
- Sterke kennis van belasting-, arbeids
- en socialezekerheidswetgeving voor Luxemburg en grensoverschrijdende landen
- Specialist op het gebied van Luxemburgse en grensoverschrijdende belastingen is een concurrentievoordeel.
- Een goede kennis van of aantoonbare ervaring met SAP software, Neocase en Fiori is een belangrijk voordeel;
- Vloeiend in Frans en Engels
