Senior Payroll - Your responsibilities :

  • In charge of monthly payroll production for a varied customer portfolio.
  • Responsible for managing the social secretariat.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations.
  • Keep employee files up to date, (tracking absences and illnesses).
  • Respond to customer queries and requests concerning payroll and social regulations.
  • Supervise junior payroll team members.

Senior Payroll - Your profile :

  • Degree in Human Resources or payroll training.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a payroll position, ideally in a fiduciary services company or equivalent in Luxembourg.
  • Fluency in German and English required, French a plus.
  • You have a solid understanding of payroll calculations, labor law, social security and social contributions.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a strong team player.
  • You are autonomous, respect deadlines and have a keen sense of customer service.

Senior Payroll - We offer :
