We are looking for an **International Marketing Officer** to reinforce our Export team. This is a permanent full-time position based in our head office in Luxembourg and reporting directly to our International Business Development Director. As an International Marketing Officer, you will be part of the Export department and will manage all marketing activities for our distribution markets in order to support sales efforts. In collaboration with the team, you will proactively develop and implement marketing plans for key accounts.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You will contribute to the promotion of Flen Health products and to the marketing plan aimed at increasing the visibility and awareness of the products on export markets
- You will manage the planning and organization of all export-related events
- You will manage the training platform for distributors (training follow-up, data extraction, registration of certifications, etc.), as well as the partner portal (document-sharing platform)
- You will draft and publish marketing content/Newsletters relating to the export department's activities, such as contract activation, donations, partnerships, and events...
- You will locate or create marketing materials (brochures, videos...)
- You will be in charge of data collection (PMS) from distributors
- In cooperation with the export and local marketing teams, you will proactively manage the marketing plan for key distributors, including:

- Webinars, exhibitions, congresses, roadshows...
- case studies in coordination with the medical team
- round table discussions and advisory panels
- digital marketing: social media activity, mailing, and improvement of local product website

**Your qualifications & experience**:

- You have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders (distributors, other marketing team members, regulatory affairs department...) and act as a real team player in the markets to be managed
- You have innovative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to implement and take ownership of new projects
- You have strong organizational skills and a can-do mentality
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at multiple levels in the organization
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, which would be considered an asset
- You have knowledge of the wound care market is an asset
- You are fluent in English. Other languages such as Dutch, German, French, or Italian would be an asset
