This role will be part of the Business Development team which supports Start-ups, scale-ups to get started and grow from Luxembourg and any kind of international tech companies that want to expand in Europe from Luxembourg. To achieve its mission, Luxinnovation offers tailor made support services, tools and methodologies that respond to the company’s needs and increase their resilience over the long term. To reinforce the team, Luxinnovation is looking for a Department Support Officer (M/F).

The Department Support Officer will support the teams in the management of daily business activities (organisation of meetings, events, encoding of data in the CRM), and follow-up of the project portfolio (especially the Fit 4 Start programme implementation).

**Responsibilities**
- Under the coordination of Start-up advisors, support the implementation of the Fit 4 Start programme:

- Logistics organisation around coaching, and steering committee
- Update of statistics on the programme
- Support Business developers in following up leads and prospects after prospection missions:

- Organisation of “Soft-landing” meetings for international prospects
- Support the organisation of international delegates visits in Luxembourg
- Act as data steward: ensure that the CRM is updated by business development teams and centralise their needs to adapt the systems.
- Support the Business Development Director in coordinating the department’s activities and projects:

- Prepare and document teams’ and departments internal meetings (booking, minutes )
- Coordinate monthly / quarterly reports on activities and KPIs

**Skills and qualifications**
- Bac + 2-3 degree preferably in business administration, sales/marketing, or finance
- High interest in innovation and technologies and passionate to serve companies.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and French. German and/or Luxembourgish are considered as asset.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Appetence for multitasking.
- Team spirit and intrapreneurship attitude.
- Pragmatist and customer focus, good at solving problems and curious.
- Eagle eye nature with attention to details.
- Fast learner being able and willing to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies.
