**Marketing & Communications officer (M/F)**

**(Digital marketing & Events support)**

**Responsibilities**
- Digital marketing:

- Plan and implement promotional activities through effective landing pages and social media campaigns to raise visibility, increase engagement and maximise conversion
- Analyse and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns
- Support the promotion of our events (national and international), economic missions abroad and our participation to international trade fairs
- Contribute to the updates, upgrades and optimisation of our websites
- Contribute to our global editorial calendar to ensure smooth execution of our social media activities and to various digital projects across the organisation
- Events support:

- Support the organisation and coordination of various events (online and physical) whilst ensuring the satisfaction of our internal clients
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their goals and needs for the event
- Oversee event setup, logistics, and on-site management
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement

**Skills and qualifications**
- Higher education in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Perfect command of computer tools: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
- Good knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva
- Strong knowledge of web content management tools (CMS) and social media management
- Fluency in French, excellent command of English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German is considered an advantage
- Excellent organisations skills, flexibility, and capacity to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Service-oriented with a strong team spirit
