**HR OFFICER - Talent Acquisition (H/F)**

**_ Fixed-term contract, 18 months, full-time, Ref.: HRTA25_**

We are looking for a motivated** HR Officer - Talent Acquisition**to support our HR team in managing and improving the full recruitment cycle for an 18-month fixed-term period. You will contribute directly to the success of strategic projects by attracting the right talent for a wide range of roles. You will report to our HR Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Draft and publish compelling job descriptions aligned with business needs
- Conduct CV screening, first interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Skeeled) and reporting tools
- Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development initiatives
- Regularly analyse recruitment and onboarding metrics and prepare quarterly reports
- Participate in transversal HR projects (e.g. process improvement, onboarding experience, HR tools enhancement)

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or expert-driven environment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Ability to quickly grasp complex job profiles and target niche talent pools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Structured and proactive, with an eagle eye to spot details and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in **English**; proficiency in **French and/or German and/or Luxembourgish** is a strong asset
- Experience with HR selection systems (e.g. Skeeled, AssessFirst) is a plus
