Nous recherchons un Consultant RH - Administration & Support INFPC pour renforcer notre équipe Ressources Humaines. Ce rôle combine la coordination administrative, le soutien au recrutement et le suivi des formations dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
**Description**

- Soutenir l'équipe RH dans ses tâches administratives et de recrutement.
- Gérer la documentation relative à la formation et assurer la liaison avec les prestataires de formation et les employés pour collecter les attestations de présence et les documents justificatifs (principalement en français, occasionnellement en anglais).
- Assurer le suivi et l'exactitude des données dans le cadre des processus INFPC (remboursement des frais de formation).
- Maintenir et organiser les bases de données, les rapports et les dossiers internes en matière de ressources humaines.
- Contribuer à diverses initiatives en matière de ressources humaines et apporter un soutien quotidien à l'ensemble de l'équipe.

**Profile**

- Expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou du soutien administratif ; un profil RH junior est le bienvenu.
- Une bonne connaissance des procédures de l'INFPC est un atout mais n'est pas indispensable - une formation sera dispensée.
- Parler couramment le français et avoir une bonne connaissance pratique de l'anglais.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, en particulier par téléphone et par courrier électronique.
- Organisé(e), proactif(ve) et à l'aise pour gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement en constante évolution.
