Our **Delta Technology** team is looking for **Manager - Tech Lead **to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The **Manager - Tech Lead **will have the following responsibilities:

- Lead a team of **Java** developers, ensuring team unity and high performance
- Develop and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures
- Participate in the development of solutions using best coding practices and the latest technologies
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
- Propose innovative solutions to improve existing processes and meet client needs
- Guide the team members, supporting their professional growth and technical expertise
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards

The M**anager - Tech Lead** will also have the responsibility to participate to the Project Manager club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Project Manager topics. As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant Project Manager, will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Java, with more than** 10 years **of experience using related frameworks such as** Spring** and **Palmyra**:

- Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Angular, React) is a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Hold a B**achelor's degree in Computer Science**, Engineering, or a closely related field
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken **French and English**
