Dans le cadre d'un projet de développement applicatif à forte visibilité, nous recherchons un Tech Lead .NET / Angular (H/F) pour accompagner notre client dans la conception et l'évolution de ses solutions digitales. Vous interviendrez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, de la définition technique à la mise en production, au sein d'une équipe agile et dynamique.

Missions principales :

Concevoir et encadrer le développement d'applications web en .NET Core et Angular.

Garantir la qualité technique, la performance et la maintenabilité du code.

Définir et faire respecter les standards d'architecture logicielle et de développement.

Participer aux revues de code et accompagner les développeurs dans leur montée en compétence.

Collaborer avec les Product Owners, les architectes et les équipes QA pour assurer la cohérence technique.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des process DevOps et CI/CD.

Profil recherché :

Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en développement .NET / Angular, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de Tech Lead.

Solide maîtrise de .NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server.

Connaissances en Azure DevOps, Git, et intégration continue.

Capacité à challenger les solutions techniques et à prendre des décisions structurantes.

Bon sens de la communication, leadership technique et esprit collaboratif.
