TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Tech Lead/Java Trainer (M/F) for one of its clients.

The mission involves rewriting applications using the latest version of Java, while adapting to the client's environment and standards. The position is aimed at a Java Developer with strong coaching and technical leadership skills, combined with solid teamwork abilities. The candidate will contribute to application design, share their expertise in Java and Angular, ensure technical quality and code consistency, produce clear documentation, perform unit testing, and support the team in skill development.

• Confirmed expertise in Java 21 (hexagonal architecture), Spring Boot 3, and Angular
• Strong skills in application design and rewriting
• Experience in technical leadership, coaching, and team support
• Proficiency in unit testing and best practices for code quality
• Ability to produce clear and structured documentation
• Good knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases
• High level of autonomy, adaptability, and adherence to organizational standards
• Good team spirit and capability to share technical knowledge
• Excellent communication level in French (C1) and good level in English (B1/B2)
