MISSION PRINCIPALE
Dans le département External Asset Management d'Edmond de Rothschild, vous êtes en charge d’entretenir et développer les relations avec un ensemble de tiers gérants. Vous participez à la gestion commerciale et administrative de la relation d’affaire.
ACTIVITES
- Développer, conseiller et fidéliser notre clientèle de tiers gérants en conformité avec le positionnement commercial de notre Banque ;
- Epauler l’équipe des CRM existants, être à l’écoute de nos clients afin de pouvoir leur fournir un service professionnel et adapté à leur besoins spécifiques ;
- Coordonner et faciliter les interactions avec les autres départements de la Banque dans le cadre de la vie de la relation d’affaires (ouverture et clôture de compte, paramétrage des comptes, crédits, Middle Office, salle des marchés, compliance ) ;
- Organiser les rendez-vous et préparer les contrats de collaboration en accord avec nos procédures et nos objectifs de développement ;
- Assurer les reportings de l’activité à destination de nos clients et de la Direction du Département ;S’imprégner de l’écosystème du Groupe Edmond de Rothschild afin d’en être l’ambassadeur auprès des tiers gérants.
PROFIL
- Vous disposez idéalement d’une formation de type Bac +4/5 à dominante Finance, Gestion ou Ecole de Commerce;
- Une expérience de minimum 2-3 ans en banque ou assurance est requise ;
- Aptitude commercial, consciencieux, ambitieux, vous êtes capable de comprendre les besoins de nos partenaires tiers gérants et de leurs clients;
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais. Toute autre langue constitue un atout;
- Maîtrise de l’environnement cross-border et des règlementations européennes;Connaissance du système Avaloq (un avantage), de Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
