- We are looking for an Asset Servicing Client Relationship Manager to:
- establish and maintain trustworthy long-term partnership with UBS Asset Management for the UBS in-house funds
- understand and deal with sophisticated client needs, support and set up professional solutions and banking services, from fund set-ups including KYC and account openings, to fund management services, including fund administration and transfer agency capabilities
- ensure daily execution and smooth running of UBS Asset Management accounts with competitive response times and focus on customer satisfaction
- provide value to UBS Asset Management through solution adaptation, anticipation and addressing of needs
- comply with all regulations, policies and standards, documentation requirements contributing to an effective risk culture
**Your team**
- You will be working in the Asset Servicing - Asset Management team in Luxembourg. We bring all institutional custody capabilities under one roof and provide tailor-made structured fund or corporate solutions to UBS Asset Management. As a Client Relationship Manager in Asset Servicing, you will play an important role as main contact for UBS Asset Management.
**Your expertise**
- successful track record in the investment fund and custody business (5 years at least) with knowledge of the regulatory framework in Luxembourg
- passionate about client experience, with strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills
- proactive and supportive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity and a positive attitude
- well organized multitasker, analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions
- fluent in English, German, French, and additional common language skills are assets
