**Summary**:
My client a market leader in Fund and Corporate Services representing is looking to expand their Client Relationship Team with a Corporate Manager. The purpose of this position is to administer a portfolio of corporate structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Associate Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as first point of contact for company secretarial and administration matters for a number of corporate entities
- Ensure that the preparation, review and distribution of all company secretarial documentation and filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships
- Manage a small team of professionals
**Key requirements**:
- Sound technical financial services knowledge and computer literacy skills are essential
- Ideally some people management experience and evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts
- 4+ years of experience
- Fluent English
