**Your role**
- Do you have some experience with managing client relationships? Do you understand the investment fund business? Do you want to join the UBS White Labelling team in Luxembourg and grow with us?
- We’re looking for a junior client relationship manager:
- Covering a portfolio of professional White Label clients jointly with a Client Advisor
- Coordinating fund governance and operational topics by integrating the different value chain streams
- Supporting your client in fund Life-Cycle management
- Ensuring professional and timely treatment of requests and queries from clients and other stakeholders
- Monitoring the on-going client satisfaction across our value chain in terms of scope, quality and efficiency.
- Handling contract management and related approval processes of your client portfolio
- Incident reporting with a strong focus on highest quality and risk management standards
- Track service coverage, revenues and cost to facilitate invoicing process, management reporting and profitability analysis.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working within a cross location White Labelling Client Management organization and will contribute actively to the team based in Luxembourg. Your team is dedicated to sophisticated international domiciled Clients. You have the opportunity to grow within an agile corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a client relationship manager, you ensure delivering a consistent UBS client experience and leverage the best of UBS Asset Management and of the UBS group to your White Labelling clients.**Your expertise**
- Minimum 1 year' financial sector experience with, if possible, a focus on investment funds
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on banking, economics or law
- Understanding of the fund business
- Driven and motivated person, who want to growth within a dynamic business environment and who can deal with sophisticated professional clients and who understands the value of a good team spirit.
- Responsive and client-oriented and committed to excellent client service.
- Client-minded, with good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
