- Are you meticulous, security-cleared, and experienced in managing technical documentation in high-stakes environments? Join a vital European space programme as a **Document & Data Manager**, based in Luxembourg.
- In this role, you’ll take ownership of the complete lifecycle of engineering documentation and classified data, supporting the rollout of a secure, scalable connectivity infrastructure. Working closely with engineering, security, and programme teams, you’ll ensure compliance, accuracy, and security across all data and document processes.

**Key Responsibilities**- Manage and optimise documentation and data management systems in line with aerospace and defence standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, ECSS).
- Ensure compliant handling, classification, and secure storage of EU-classified documents.
- Maintain metadata, templates, and version control across all technical documentation.
- Coordinate document deliveries and oversee internal data distribution.
- Conduct audits, data checks, and support data transformation or migration activities.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure alignment with EU and national security regulations.-
- **Essential Skills & Experience**- 3-5 years’ experience in document or data management within aerospace, defence, or secure government projects.
- Proven experience managing classified or sensitive data.
- Active EU and Luxembourg security clearance (CONFIDENTIAL level or higher).
- Proficiency with DMS/PLM tools such as SharePoint, Windchill, or Teamcenter.
- Solid understanding of configuration management and control frameworks.-
- **Desirable**- Experience working on secure European space programmes.
- Familiarity with automation and data governance tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python).
- Certifications in configuration or data management (CMII, PMI-PBA).
