**Your Challenge**:

- Act as one of the main contact persons for Depositary Bank colleagues on documentation requirements for fund-accounts and fund-related structures (SPVs, GPs etc).
- Verify client documentation for completeness and consistency for Fund
- and Private Banking-Account openings in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Update client static data in the banking core system during the client life cycle (e.g. change of shareholders, directors, UBOs, etc.) after verification and analysis of the received documentation.
- Assist Front colleagues in various questions related to client documentation requirements, consistency within the obtained documentation, as well as client static data registrations in the banking core system.
- Keep abreast of changing regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures as required, especially AML/KYC and QI/FATCA-CRS.
- Collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the Depositary Business Line, Compliance department, and Front Office teams.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong team player with an open mindset
- High degree of service orientation
- Aptitude for learning and development in a dynamic environment
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems, and to identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and controls
- Profound knowledge of the regulatory framework and documentation requirements within the investment fund business
- Fluent in English, strong German skills and/or a Scandinavian language are considered an asset (written and spoken)
