**Job Title**: Senior Secure Data and Document Exchange Expert

**Location**: Luxembourg (Near-Site)

**Key Requirements**:

- ** Specific Expertise**:

- **Document Protection**:

- At least 5 years of experience in digital signature, encryption with X509 certificates, PKI, and the legal framework for trust services (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC).
- **Messaging**:

- At least 10 years of expertise in open standards for data and document exchange (ebMS3, AS4, XML, JSON, XSD, JSON Schema).
- Strong knowledge of message format standards, such as XML, JSON, and WSDL, and service discovery technologies.
- **Web Security**:

- **Backend Development**:

- At least 15 years of expertise in Java development, with knowledge of Hibernate, Spring, databases (SQL, LDAP), multi-threading, and unit testing.
- **Mobile Development**:

- 2+ years of experience with mobile development (Android/Java & Kotlin, iOS/Swift).
- **Integration & Monitoring**:

- At least 15 years of experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT), testing tools (SonarQube, Selenium), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk).
- **Containerisation**:

- 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
- **Infrastructure**:

- Strong knowledge in networking, hardware, TCP/IP, Linux, virtualization, load balancers, firewalls, HSM, TPM.
- **Management**:

- At least 8 years of experience in project management, using methodologies like OpenPM2, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming.
- **Technical Tools & Methodologies**:

- **Tools**: Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies.
- **Methodologies**: Agile, SCRUM, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development.
- **Languages**:

- Proficiency in **English (C1)** and **French (C1)**.
- **Other**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security solutions, with a focus on handling highly sensitive and confidential data.
