**Your Role**:
As a Freelance Independent Recruiter, you will:

- Leverage your recruitment expertise to find top talent for our clients across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with autonomy and ownership.
- Contribute to Nestalent’s vision by bringing fresh ideas and energy to our team.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **passion for recruitment** and a proven ability to connect the right people with the right opportunities.
- At least **2 years of experience in recruitment** in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, or Switzerland.
- An **entrepreneurial mindset**: proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English & French ; additional languages (German, Luxembourgish etc.) are a bonus.
