As part of our growth, we are looking to collaborate with experienced freelance recruiters who want to work on a selective, high-quality recruiting model.

The Collaboration

We are seeking an independent recruiter to collaborate with Nexum on a project-based and success-based model.

This collaboration is ideal for recruiters who:

  • already work as freelancers or consultants,
  • prefer quality over volume,
  • are comfortable operating autonomously on senior and specialised roles.

Scope of Work

Depending on assignments, activities may include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for specialised IT and regulated roles
  • Managing candidate outreach and first-level interviews
  • Supporting searches across areas such as:
  • IT & Technology
  • Cybersecurity & IT Risk
  • Data, Privacy & Governance
  • Working closely with Nexum on role definition and candidate evaluation
  • Contributing to the development of qualified talent pools

Required Profile

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in IT, technology or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with senior and specialised profiles
  • Ability to assess candidates beyond CV keywords
  • Autonomous, reliable and delivery-oriented working style
  • Comfortable working on a success-based / fee-sharing model
  • Previous freelance or independent recruiting experience is a strong plus
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
