**Job description**
Facing a constant growth for our office in Luxembourg we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for the “Accounting, Finance & Legal department”.
You will participate to development of the shared clients portfolio. Your tasks will be among others:
- Understanding the needs of our clients;
- Searching and identifying profiles using our various tools (databases, advertising, social networks,);
- Checking references;
- Dealing with offers;
- Maintaining database updated;
- Managing and developing clients portfolio with our Sales department;
- Participating to the business development with the team;
- Preparing and assisting to client meeting.
**Profile**
- You have experience as Recruiter;
- You speak fluently English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish will be a strong asset;
- You are dynamic, positive and team spirit minded;
- You have excellent communication skills;
