Facing a constant growth for our office in Luxembourg we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant for the “Accounting, Finance & Legal department”.
You will participate to development of the shared clients portfolio. Your tasks will be among others:
Understanding the needs of our clients;
Searching and identifying profiles using our various tools (databases, advertising, social networks,);
Checking references;
Dealing with offers;
Maintaining database updated;
Managing and developing clients portfolio with our Sales department;
Participating to the business development with the team;
Preparing and assisting to client meeting.
You have experience as Recruiter;
You speak fluently English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish will be a strong asset;
You are dynamic, positive and team spirit minded;
You have excellent communication skills;
