We are recruiting for one of our clients, a growing company in the financial services sector, seeking a **Head of Legal** to join their team based in Luxembourg. The Head of Legal will be responsible for the effective management of the company's legal department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Management**: Oversee the legal department to ensure efficient management and compliance with regulations.
- **Legal Advisory**: Provide expert legal advice to management and various departments within the company.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor and interpret the Luxembourg and European legal and regulatory environment.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, negotiate, and follow up on contractual documentation.
- **Project Support**: Provide legal support for development projects within the company.
- **Client Relations**: Manage client complaints and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as necessary.
- **Data Protection**: Serve as Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- **External Relations**: Develop and maintain contacts with legal professionals to gather market intelligence.

**Profile**:

- **Education**: Master of Laws or similar
- **Experience**: Minimum of 7 years in the banking or wealth management industry.
- **Languages**: English is mandatory; French and Spanish are assets.
