**Marketing Specialist (Luxembourg - fulltime)**

**Your role**
You will take care of the marketing of Losch Digital Lab and its products, together with your colleagues. You will mainly be responsible for the marketing of “Simdle”, the new software suite of Losch Digital Lab for the automotive industry. Our “Simdle” product portfolio aims to digitize, simplify and speed up the processes of car dealerships.
- **Your responsibilities**
Development and implementation of marketing concepts:

- Planning, coordination and implementation of marketing and merchandising initiatives in cooperation with external agencies and/or the internal marketing department.
- Planning and implementation of events for Losch Digital Lab and/or its product
- Conception and implementation of structure, content and, if necessary, layout for websites, flyers and other marketing channels, especially for relevant social media channels
- Conception and implementation of mailing lists and campaigns
- Conception and implementation of advertising campaigns and advertising measures

Content marketing:

- Strategy development of online presences (websites, relevant social media platforms)
- Planning, creation and maintenance of (text) content
- Coordination, if necessary, through a content management system
- Graphic design of online and offline content, if necessary, with the support of designers
- Reporting of online and offline activities

Social media marketing:

- Organisation and distribution of social media content in social media
- Advertisement planning, placement and monitoring of social media posts
- Optimisation of the social media presence
- Search engine optimisation
- Search Engine Advertising
- Management of relevant social media channels
- Evaluation and success monitoring of posts on social media platforms

Trend analysis and monitoring:

- Considering and incorporating new trends
- Linking corporate goals with current Internet trends
- Analysis of target groups and market analysis
- Developing new ideas for advertising measures

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or comparable complete professional training
- You ideally have a first experience in marketing
- You are truly passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn by yourself
- You have a clear idea on how to successfully bring a product to the market
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Structured and autonomous work method
- Strong social and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Rigorous, organized and good communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and French, as well as good knowledge of English
- Fluency in the Luxembourg language is considered an asset
