**Your team**

You will join a team responsible for end-to-end project delivery of our international state-of-the art banking software, aiming for highest client satisfaction and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

This role will offer you a 360° view on our cutting-edge digital products, as you will be managing projects across functions and regions and will see you act as a figurehead for Avaloq for one of our large clients.

**Your mission**
- Take ownership for managing the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, to required cost, timescale and quality parameters.
- Manage cross-functional projects, including for our new digital products
- Work with client or senior management to establish and clarify the aims, objectives and requirements of the project or programme
- Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the project/programme team
- Perform a customer/business facing role at client locations (when required)
- Conduct multi-discipline and multi-geography workshops from initiation to closure learnings
- Actively support the Avaloq solution consultants across in shaping solutions that address client issues and requirements

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Strong Proven track record of Project Management for technical cross-functional projects ideally in technology and/or financial services. With experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and BPaaS concepts and building capabilities and services for customers
- Full professsional ability to communicate in English and French with effective presentation to deliver a polished and professional business and technical pitch to C-Suite and Board levels
- Proven track record of delivering results in a complex international, diverse and agile driven environment
- Experience in leading RFI&RFP processes, vendor negotiation, contracting, hiring and managing third parties
- Experience managing end-to end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time) with the aptitude to discuss technical details with developers and drive consensus among all stakeholders
