Description

**Responsibilities**:
Define and manage project plans, establish budgets and maintain project documentation throughout project lifecycle, following the methodology of Project Management

Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively and consistently.

Assess risk and dependencies throughout project lifecycle and implement issues resolution with project stakeholders.

Coordinate among internal teams and external resources to prioritize tasks and conduct status updates to ensure completion.

Provide regular project status check-INS, progress tracking and reporting for steering committees.

Contribute to the definition of security and technical requirements for the selection of appropriate IAM technologies and solutions,

Contribute to the definition of functional and technical specifications of the IAM platforms, such as IAM processes

Contribute to produce the IAM guidelines, operational procedures, communication materiel and end users training.

**Profile**:
Master in IT technologies

**Mandatory**: Proven track record as an experienced Project Manager in IAM domains.

At least 2 references in Banking sector for IAM project implementation

Certified in project delivery methodology.

Proven experience in implementing Identity and Access Management tools (IAM).

Solid understanding of IT and CyberSecurity concepts,

Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

Strong communication skills, Fluency in English and French both written and spoken are mandatory.
