**PROJECT MANAGER**
In the scope of the implementation of a new MRO software for Maintenance Department, we seek assistance by a Project Management Consultant for our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to run the project.
The selected Project Management Consultant will be expected to take on the following responsibilities:
- Support of coordination between different stakeholder and workstreams.
- Organize and manage meetings and workshops, fostering continual progress within the overall program.
- Deliver regular comprehensive reports on the scope, progress, and status, providing senior management with crucial visibilityIdentify potential risks and challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies
The Project Management Consultant should meet the following qualifications/skills:
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, showcasing adeptness in implementing projects with a robust communication and people change management strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in problem identification, root cause analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.Expertise in process design and documentation considered as significant advantage.
- Project and change management certifications (such as PMP, Prince2 or Prosci, CCMP) would be considered as an advantage.
- First experience within the Aircraft MRO would be considered as an advantage.
