Spécialiste de la gestion de projets au Luxembourg, nous aidons nos clients à identifier leurs besoins et les accompagnons à travers toutes les étapes de la mise en œuvre de projets immobiliers. Pour ce faire, nous mobilisons les compétences utiles à l’accomplissement de chaque démarche, orchestrons l’ensemble du chantier et assurons le suivi en veillant à la qualité du projet et au respect des contraintes de budget et de temps.

Actuellement, nous recherchons:
**Senior Project Manager (h/f) - CDI**

**Votre profil**:

- Formation : Ingénieur ou Architecte
- Expérience de plus de 5 ans dans la gestion de projets de construction
- Maîtrise du français (l'anglais, l’allemand et/ou luxembourgeois seront considérés comme un atout)
- Aisance relationnelle et orientation clients

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Apporter vos conseils dans le développement de projets immobiliers d'envergure au Luxembourg
- Élaborer et suivre le budget des projets
- Assurer le suivi financier et administratif depuis sa budgétisation jusqu’à la libération des garanties
- Piloter le groupe d’études
- Superviser mise en adjudication ainsi que de l’assistance aux passations des commandes
- Planifier et organiser les chantiers de manière détaillée
- Coordonner l’ensemble des intervenants
- Gérer les réceptions ainsi que la clôture technico - financière du projet
- Manager une équipe interne de Project managers
