**HR Manager**:
For our client, a rapidly growing fintech unicorn, we are looking for a **HR Manager**. Acting globally in e.g. the US, Hong Kong, the UK and Luxembourg, this fintech company provides payment and e-wallet services to global import & export companies. Furthermore, the client offers the possibility to develop your career in Luxembourg and the UK.

**The Job**:
As** HR Manager**, you will be in charge of the human resources in Luxembourg as well as the London office. You will be responsible for the collection of requests of department heads to manage the recruitment process.

**Day-to-Day**:

- Manage recruitment processes
- Manage the team motivation, employees’ KPIs
- Direct the appraisal framework & incentive programs
- Stay on top of employees’ salaries, reimbursement, pension, etc
- Organise trainings
- Own the companies human resources policies and procedures

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of experience in the HR space
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Effective communication
- Fluently in French and English (Chinese would be an advantage)
- Organised and autonomous work approach
- Highly ethical
