**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Partners with the Board and the Senior Management team to assess and fulfil the needs of the business and formulate the HR Strategy accordingly;
- Plans and executes the HR Strategy for Luxembourg HQ, cooperates closely with peers in various countries;
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing employee relations, retention, learning and organizational development, total rewards, and HR technology;
- Ensure all human resource activities are following the laws of the countries in which the business units operate;
- Continue to build efficient and data driven HR infrastructure;
- Uphold, nurture, and sustain company culture that promotes great performance and a positive attitude;
- Develop programs to allow the company to embrace diverse employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees;
- Drive employer branding in close cooperation with Communications Department;
- Manage any other activities defined by the Board.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management is required; MBA/MS is preferred;
- 10-15 years of experience in senior human resource management, preferably within global IT industry;
- High energy and resourceful leader with the capability to quickly take control of responsibilities and establish themselves as a credible business partner;
- Influence and drive change across all levels of the organization;
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner and develop trust and influence;
- Proven success in evaluating and recommending appropriate solutions to ensure HR is properly aligned to support an ever-growing and complex organization;
- English: excellent written and verbal skills, French is an advantage.
