The Calzedonia Group opened in Verona, Italy, in 1986. Its founder is the President and majority stakeholder in the Group today.
For over 30 years, the Group has seen consistently solid growth in its revenue streams and expansion efforts, creating successful products and brands and continues to strengthen its position in international retail markets.
The entire product life cycle, from design to production in proprietary factories all the way up to worldwide distribution, is handled directly by the Group. Today, it offers its collections exclusively within its 5.500+ single-branded stores under the Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Intimissimi Uomo and Atelier Emé names in 50+ countries around the world.
Calzedonia Group is seeking a dynamic
**HR Manager** to spearhead our operations in
**Belgium **and
**Luxembourg**.
**Key responsibilities**

- Formulate and execute HR strategies in alignment with Calzedonia Group's business goals.
- Lead the local HR teams in Belgium and Luxembourg, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
- Ensure HR operations comply with local laws and company policies.
- Manage and develop a trusting relation with co-workers council and labour unions.
- Oversee external payroll, ensuring effective liaison with the payroll service provider and accuracy of payroll data.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in HR metrics and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Fluency in French/Dutch, English.
