**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with labor laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and improve overall job performance
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary negotiations, bonus structures, and health insurance plans
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR staff and provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective and efficient HR operations
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a commercial company environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in both French and English is required
