Human Innovation Partners is currently seeking a Relationship Manager for a prestigious client in Luxembourg. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering tailored financial solutions to meet their individual needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives
- Accomplish production objectives by meeting productivity targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while demonstrating respect for team and individual agendas as established by the Team Manager.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on client needs and risk tolerance
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer investment insights
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicator targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members as part of a mentoring role.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize client retention and revenue
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients
- Ensure the smooth incorporation of new clients while adhering to established procedures.
- Prepare all necessary service agreements between clients and the corporation.
- Oversee interactions with external entities including advisors, banks, notaries, authorities, and public administrations.
- Manage all legal and regulatory matters for companies, including organizing board meetings and ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, as well as ensuring the completion of all necessary filings with the trade registrar.
- Manage the transfer of client files to the accounting team and oversee the preparation of annual accounts while maintaining effective communication with technical expertise teams.
- Review, verify, and ensure the accuracy of client files related to annual accounts, direct and indirect tax returns, as well as legal aspects and compliance/KYC.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field such as management, economics, accounting, corporate or commercial law.
- Fluency in both English and French is required, and proficiency in any additional language will be considered advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in client relationship management in the financial industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficient understanding of accounting, tax, and legal principles that are relevant in Luxembourg. In-depth knowledge of AML and CFT regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience of at least three years in a similar position within the financial services, accounting, tax, or trust environment is required.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certification (CFP, CFA, etc.) is a plus
