Writing letters and reports as well as formatting documents;
Keeping diaries, welcoming clients, managing and filtering telephone calls.

Profile

You have a secretarial background (Graduat, BTS, Licence LEA);
You have a solid experience in the administrative field;
You are fluent in French and English.
You have a team spirit and a sense of adaptability;
You are autonomous, responsible and reactive;
You have the ability to organize, analyze and synthesize and you know how to take initiatives;
You have an excellent command of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
