Legal Secretary – Global and Human-Sized Law Firm
Our client, a well-established law firm, is looking for a Legal Secretary to complete its team. With an international presence, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both colleagues and clients across the world, within a professional environment that combines global standards with a local, approachable mindset. Focused primarily on Investment Funds, the firm is also active in Corporate M&A and Tax matters, allowing you to evolve in a specialized and well-recognized legal environment
With a strong organizational structure and clear internal processes, the firm provides a stable and efficient framework in which support functions play a central role in the day-to-day operations. The Luxembourg office remains human-sized, encouraging smooth communication, close collaboration and direct interaction with lawyers and support staff alike. This setting allows Legal Secretaries to be genuinely involved in daily activities, gain visibility on their work, and contribute meaningfully to the overall efficiency and cohesion of the office, while benefiting from a professional, well-organized and respectful working atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities |Administrative – Personal Assistant – Office management – Law Firm
- You will be in charge of the administrative aspects of the law firm, including welcoming clients in person and ensuring smooth communication with clients by email and phone. You will also provide support to lawyers in the preparation of documentation.
- You will act as a personal assistant to the lawyers, providing daily support in managing their meetings, appointments and calendars.
- You will take care of office management tasks, including ordering necessary supplies and acting as the main point of contact for general operational matters..
Profile and Career Path | Administrative – Personal Assistant – Office management – Law Firm
- You have at least 7 years of experience as Legal Secretary within a law firm in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in French and English, enabling smooth daily communication; German and Luxembourgish are considered strong assets.
- You are eager to join a versatile role within a well-organized environment, aligned with your personality, where you can play a key role within the firm and where your skills and commitment are genuinely valued and recognized..
